C-Quadrant with Speed of Trust

C-Quadrant of COL as you would remember is all about Connect and Collaborate. Both of them require an underlying assumption about a trust needed to connect well and collaborate well. In light of such needs not only to connect well and collaborate well but also to do it faster, it is important to visit A-Quadrant to acquire the book ‘Speed of Trust’ by Stephen MR Covey.

It is not my intention here to share with you all I have learnt from that book or analyze the book critically to recommend the book for reading. It is my intention here to blog on the quotes that have been used quite liberally by Mr. Covey to elaborate on Trust in terms of explaining the Trust levels and factors through the eyes of self, the relationships the “self” gets into, and how it expands into organization, Market and Societal Trusts. An understanding of all these are essential to make C-quadrant to work to its fullest capacity and to its highest efficiency.

Under Self Trust the author introduces us to Principles of credibility by elaborating on the cores of credibility: Integrity, Intent, Capabilities and Results.

Please see the quotes used in the book to bring out the Self Trust through the Integrity of the self at the core:
